Job Description:

Technology Support / Network Technician
Notre Dame Academy is seeking a full-time, Technology Support / Network Technician (TSNT) to provide first line support of iPads, PCs, LAN, WLAN and Windows servers.  The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with end users.  The ability to work effectively both as a team and by oneself is expected.   A+, Microsoft and Network certifications are advantageous. 

Notre Dame Academy has a mix of Microsoft pcs and Apple iPads; therefore, the TSNT must be familiar with both Microsoft operating systems and applications as well as Apple iTunes and iOS devices.  It is helpful to have experience with the following:  Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, networking equipment along with audio and video equipment.  Experience with Google G-Suite apps, PowerSchool and Moodle is beneficial.  The Technology Department and the TSNT are responsible for ensuring the stable operation of all technology related resources.  A high priority is placed on analyzing and resolving end user hardware, software, network, and telecom problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

This is a full year, full-time, Monday through Friday position; expected hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
