Senior Onboarding Specialist - 1135

Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a senior level Onboarding Specialist. The Senior Onboarding Specialist is responsible for implementing new services for large clients, ensuring a seamless integration.  The Senior Onboarding Specialist is the primary resource for all parties involved in the implementation process and takes ownership from the contract phase through completion of set up.  The role requires a high level of organization with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on ever-changing business needs.

Other key responsibilities include:
• Work collaboratively across channels to solicit, gather and interpret business needs of clients, ensuring customer needs – both perceived and unperceived – are met
• Establish, maintain and foster effective and positive relationships with all customers internal and external to the organization
• Assist in completing product proposals and Request For Proposals (RFPs
• Provide communication and education to internal and external customers on the mechanics and processes of onboarding to include the processing of timelines, software functionality and plan design review

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field (which may be substituted by four years directly related experience, or a combination of education and experience).  A minimum of two years’ customer-centric consultative and relationship management experience is also needed. The successful incumbent will also have demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen along with formal presentation skills.  Successful experience coordinating activities and managing priorities in a fast paced environment is also required.  Prior experience working in the tax-advantaged benefits industry is preferred.
