Job Description:

At Employee Benefits Corporation, creating and maintaining meaningful relationships around our trusted brand of “making things easy” for our clients is key to our success.  Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Product Specialist, in support of our Health Savings Account (HSA) and Debit Card products. The Product Specialists are responsible for managing assigned product solutions and providing organization wide support in a collaborative manner.  As subject matter experts on all aspects of the product solutions, Product Specialists are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service, while maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.  As primary points of contact, these roles provide ongoing monitoring and operational oversight, facilitate issue resolution and participate in implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Other key responsibilities include:
  • Work collaboratively across channels to solicit, gather and interpret business needs of clients, ensuring customer needs – both perceived and unperceived – are met
  • Establish, maintain and foster effective and positive relationships with all customers internal and external to the organization
  • Identify, develop and implement processes and improvements to proactively resolve gaps in workflow effectiveness
 
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field (which may be substituted by four years directly related experience, or a combination of education and experience).  A minimum of two years’ customer-centric consultative and relationship management experience is also needed. The successful incumbent must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen along with formal presentation skills.  At least three years of professional working experience with pre-tax benefit plans is required. Successful experience coordinating activities and managing priorities in a fast paced environment is also required.
