Job Description:

Whether it was Clemson (college) and New England (pros) winning gridiron titles, North Carolina claiming redemption with their tournament run to the championship, or Sergio Garcia overcoming 17 years of failure to win his first Major Championship in Augusta…the first half of 2017 has brought with it some tremendous moments and finishes!  International Sports Management has hosted hundreds of companies at these and other major sporting events so far as there have been record numbers in corporate sports participation this year, and more records are set to be broken with the U.S. Open coming here to Wisconsin for the first time ever next month!   ISM has been the global leader in corporate sports hospitality and ticketing packages for over 20 years, and we are expanding our team within our national sales office right here in Milwaukee, looking for a total of four (4) individuals with a start date of late-May
We are seeking aggressive, educated, money-motivated individuals capable of closing deals for this inside sales National Account Executive position.  Your initial focus will be on new business acquisition as you sell our national event hospitality programs to corporate executives while working in stride with our Sales Manager for continued training and mentoring.  You will gain experience data mining w/ Salesforce CRM, navigating gatekeepers, sourcing the correct contact info, pitching the prospect, and setting up the close.  A combination of account management and acquisition will follow initial success.
Please note: this is not a telemarketing or call center job so please do not apply if that is what you are seeking.  This is an inside sales position where you will be interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies.  Immediate growth potential exists for successful National Account Executives, including being invited to participate in our management trainee program by fall/winter 2017.

Job Requirements:

- Base salary + commission, uncapped
