Job Description:

The individual in this position will work closely with the leadership teams in the UW School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) Offices of Fiscal Affairs and Academic Affairs to help manage and track diverse contract types including education affiliation agreements, residency program letters of agreement, continuing education sponsorship agreements, and training agreements. This will include optimization of organization and management of contracts and related documents using document management and retrieval/search software. The individual in this position will interact with members of SMPH Academic Affairs, SMPH Fiscal Affairs, SMPH Dean's Office, UW-Madison campus academic partners, and UW-Madison Office of Legal Affairs and will represent SMPH to affiliated organizations and corporate sponsors. Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training in recordkeeping, contracts administration, document management, legal operations, and/or business communications; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree preferred in legal studies, legal assistant, paralegal, business, or related administrative field.

Proven ability to adhere to timelines and meet internal and external deadlines.
