Position Background
Are you analytical and technical in nature?  Do you strive for a high quality in your work and enjoy helping others solve problems?  Are you interested in ECM solutions?  Naviant is seeking well-rounded support persons that want to work both independently and with a team to resolve customer issues and identify areas for software improvement.  In this position you'll be given the unique opportunity to work in a growth industry supporting customers with diverse installations in a variety of industries.
Responsibilities
* Provide phone support for software and hardware issues.
* Plan and execute software upgrades and install software patches.
* Perform system audits and analysis to provide recommendations to enhance system functions.
* Provide training to technical and non-technical resources.
* Develop and maintain skill set necessary to install, configure, and support a variety of ECM solutions.
* Accurately report on project assignments and activities.
* Function as a contributing member of the Customer Care Group team.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Capabilities

* 3-5 years experience in a direct customer support position.

* Experience installing and troubleshooting software solutions.

* Knowledge and experience with networks and client/server architecture.

* Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
