Job Description:

Scope of Position:
The Care Coordinator is a vital link in coordinating communication between the client, medical professionals, administrative staff and insurance companies, ensuring the client is receiving necessary healthcare and facilitating payments to the healthcare providers during personal injury claims.  This person will reach out to potential clients to offer our services, assess future medical care needs after initial treatment, and asisst in negotiating payments from the insurance company to cover all current and future medical costs.
Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential Clients, offering our services
  • Coordinate communication between Patients, Medical Professionals, Administrative Staff and Insurance Companies
  • Review current and future care needs
  • Facilitate payments to appropriate providers
  • Assist with the claims billing process to Insurance Companies
  • Monitor status of cases and ensure satisfactory resolutions

Job Requirements:

Requirements
  • Medical knowledge required; CNA preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration processes helpful
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, preferred
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
