Job Description:

Dedicated Fleet Services in Appleton, WI is accepting applications for the Customer Support Associate position. This position will serve as the dealership service representative to manage and monitor special customer campaigns and projects. Heavy duty or diesel truck service experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
• Provides breakdown management support for fleet customers
• Serve as the dealership service representative to manage and monitor special customer campaigns and projects
• Responsible for fleet customer performance analysis which includes, but is not limited to, fuel economy, maintenance costs, warranty recovery, and invoice review
• Provides support to the dealer group service operations

Primary Duties:

• Serve as key contact for large fleet customers service issues
• Organize and manage fleet campaigns through both CSM branches and other dealer locations
• Review customer performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide dealer group representation on site as needed at fleet locations

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Associate's degree (AA) in a technical field or comparable work experience
• Three to five years heavy duty truck service or related experience with supervisory experience preferred
• Management skills to include strategic plan development, decision making abilities and program implementation
• Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven
• Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle irate and upset customers
• Possession of basic computer skills including knowledge of and working with MS Office
• Possession of good mathematical skills
• Maintain valid Commercial Drivers License
• Ability to travel to meetings, visit customers, attend training classes
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
