Job Description:

The Department of Revenue (DOR); Division of Technology Services seeks to hire a passionate, creative, motivated and talented manager to lead our Customer Service Bureau.  This bureau is responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end technology user experience within the organization. The bureau manages most first contacts that DTS has with internal DOR staff and with external partners that are using DOR technical services. This includes the service desk, workstation support, security, telephony, application support and infrastructure.

The position located in our Madison office will have a strong focus on user experience, customer service, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering better business outcomes through the use of technology.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualified candidates will have each of the following: 
1. Experience with managerial principles and practices.
2. Experience with strategic business planning, goal setting, performance measures and action plans.
3. Experience effectively setting and managing priorities.
4. Experience improving or re-engineering business processes.
5. Experience coordinating technology related projects.
