Job Description:

The QTI Group is searching for a Senior Client Service Consultant on behalf of a client located in Middleton, WI. This full time, direct hire role will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will pay starting at $53,000.00 per year. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, flexible and detail-oriented. To succeed in this role, they should also have a Bachelor’s degree in business, as well as directly relevant experience. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and organization resource for assigned clients
  • Develop, manage and grow long term relationships with clients and brokers through excellent verbal and written communication
  • Provide exceptional service and consultation to inquiries, issues, and opportunities using interpersonal skills including empathy, tact and diplomacy
  • Establish, maintain, and foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and brokers
  • Create and manage Service Plans for clients incorporating feedback from client surveys and feedback collected throughout the year

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or four years directly related experience
  • Five years of experience in a customer service, consultative, and or relationship management role is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the use of proper grammar and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage changing priorities
  • Experience coordinating activities
  • Prior experience working in a tax-advantaged benefits industry is preferred
  • Must maintain a business casual appearance (jeans okay)
