We’re seeking a service-oriented professional to join our Mount Horeb office team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)!   CSR’s provide prompt, efficient, helpful, courteous service to all customers and associates and process all transactions following security/compliance guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.   In addition, CSR’s seek opportunities to provide additional products and services to customers wherever possible to build profitable customer relationships.

• Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, customers and potential customers. 
• Process all transactions that come through the CSR area including but not limited to cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, etc.
• Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
• Keep informed about bank products and services offered
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
• Complete all annual bank security and compliance training
• Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate
• Works as part of a team to accomplish branch/dept goals.  This includes working additional hours as needed and/or assisting other offices as needed
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, general accounting knowledge/math skills, a willingness to participate in community functions, and an ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner. Previous banking experience or cash handling experienced preferred.

Hours for this position will rotate between opening/closing shifts starting at 7:45am and ending at 5:45pm, Monday – Friday. This position will be required to work 8:45am – 12:15pm one-two Saturdays a month.
