THE JOB / Temporary Administrative Assistant

Our Charlotte office is looking for a responsible Temporary Administrative Assistant.  This position will provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Office Manager and other senior staff.  Assisting in daily needs and general administrative activities.

Job Requirements:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Candidate must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent)

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for mail room which includes receiving and distribution of mail and all packages.
  • Assist with UPS shipments as necessary
  • Assist with conference room reservations
  • Maintain monthly office calendar and update
  • Prepare purchase orders as needed
  • Ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies including kitchen inventory
  • Assist with logistics and catering arrangements for meetings and special events
  • Book travel arrangements as needed
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff
  • Assist with expense reporting
  • Maintain kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas
  • Assist with other special projects as necessary
