Job Description:

The QTI Group is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment in Madison. This role is expected to last from the end of January through mid-March, and will be full time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Strong candidates seeking part time hours may be considered. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and could increase with experience. In this role, you will be supporting multiple departments with correspondence, file maintenance, calendaring, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of directly relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of standard office systems like Microsoft Office.   • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Schedule internal and external meetings as needed
  • Prepare correspondence, create spreadsheets, maintain databases, etcetera
  • Maintain paper and electronic documents and files
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide back-up to reception as needed
  • Prepare and send any requested reports to customers
  • Related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two to three years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office/administrative filing procedures, like file maintenance, purging, archiving etcetera
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in computers plus Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills
  • Should be detail-oriented, accurate, and have a proven record of success
  • Must be willing to submit a background check upon accepted offer
