Job Description:

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to provides technical support to TASC end-users across all TASC offices. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and general questions. This person works daily with people within the ticketing system and has solid customer service skills. Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Has direct communication with Business Technology groups, and business units.
 
 
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Requirements:

Positional Competencies:
  • Skilled with desktop and mobile operating systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals
  • Skilled in application packaging, virtualization, and deployment
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft Active Directory organizational units and group policies
  • Skilled in supporting end users using Citrix ZenApp/ZenDesktop and thin terminals
Qualifications:
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational college with a degree in computer sciences or a related discipline
  • One or more years of end user technical support
