Job Description:


The QTI Group is assisting our client, a local leader in the insurance industry, has an immediate need for a full time Administrative Assistant for a temporary position lasting to the beginning of August. Applicants for this role will have a background in logistics or project management, able to operate in a resourceful nature, and have reliable transportation as this opportunity will require traveling between Madison and Lacrosse. The ideal applicant will have the flexibility to operate on weekends as needed. The primary functions of this role will provide support to the management team on projects assigned, schedule and coordinate meetings with all involved parties, and provide research and assist with budget planning. Other responsibilities will be assigned based on needs of the project. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, this opportunity offers a competitive starting pay of $20.00 per hour, and will require a limited amount of driving.



  • Provide support to the managing director on related projects
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment installations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with all vested parties
  • Verify key cards for the new building as the new key card system is installed
  • Assist with researching on a variety of projects, delivering report to necessary parties
  • Assist with the logistics and coordinate with vested departments on project
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree with focus on strategic planning preferred
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or similar job duties required
  • Experience coordinating the logistics of a building move is a plus
  • Experience coordinating projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication and follow up via phone and email
  • Ability to be resourceful if given a task to complete
  • Must have critical thinking skills with the ability to think ahead and take steps when given general directions
  • Must be willing to travel to Lacrosse\Onalaska 1-2 times per week for the duration of the assignment
  • Must have the ability to work one weekend at the end of July or early August
  • Must have valid driver’s license and registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Willingness to obtain a drug screen, background check, and driver’s check upon an accepted offer
