Summary:

The QTI Group is assisting our client, a nationwide leader in the financial services field, in locating an Administrative Assistant for an opportunity that is scheduled to last till the end of the year. Serving in this customer facing role, candidates should have experience with social media platforms, updating websites and operational knowledge of database software. This role will also require interaction with the public. To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to clearly communicate both written and verbally, able to easily navigate a variety of Microsoft Office based programs, can provide support to both web and social media platforms. This full time long term opportunity operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, offers a starting pay at $16.00 per hour, and is located on the west side of Madison. Responsibilities:

  • Focus on data maintenance, updates and production of reports using both Excel and CRM database systems
  • Provide excellent customer assistance over the phone and via e-mail
  • Provide clear direction to a variety of people, including that of volunteers and external professional speakers
  • Assist with updating both website and social media platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelors degree in Marketing or related program preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience with social media or website management
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with CRM database systems preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and able to self edit
  • Able to maintain a positive, personable attitude
  • Able to effectively manage multiple timelines and operate in a deadline driven environment
  • Maintain a business casual appearance at all times
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check upon accepting job offer
