In this position you will be given the opportunity to help mentor and grow individuals in the support specialist area and help maintain a level of success across the department.  You will also be given the opportunity to work with customers directly with a diverse installation in a variety in industries.  
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop new and maintain current processes and strategy for best in class technical support.
  • Provide guidance across the department to help support the companies mission, vision and values.
  • Provide installation support for multiple software packages through phone, email and chat interactions with customers.
  • Review ongoing support tickets and ensure timely response by all team members.
  • Develop and maintain skill set necessary to install, configure, and support OnBase and related solutions offerings.
  • Plan and execute software upgrades and install software patches.
  • Monitor and ensure above average customer satisfaction survey rating.
  • Work with team members to achieve Customer Care Group utilization goals.
  • Provide training to non-technical resources.
  • Accurate reporting of project assignments, customer issues and activities.

Qualifications & Capabilities
  • 1-3 years experience in a direct customer support position.
  • Experience troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
