The Instructional Media and Technology team within the Division for Libraries and Technology at DPI is searching for a detail-oriented office assistant to support our information technology teams. This position is located at 125 South Webster Street in Madison, WI.  This is a part-time, limited term position.

Position Summary:   
This position will provide administrative support to the Instructional Media and Technology manager and other managers within the division.  This position will be responsible for arranging all aspects of meetings, assisting in the hiring process, documenting meeting minutes, booking travel, providing financial assistance, and some high level software testing and documentation.  This person will manage communications across teams and external customers.
