Our QTI Administrative Services Team is recruiting for an internal HR Client Representative / Recruiter. We are looking for someone full time to be a liaison with our clients for multiple openings in the administrative, customer service and office environments. Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast-paced environment, learn new tasks quickly, have proven world class customer service skills and enjoy an ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new orders from clients for temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire staffing needs
  • Build relationships with a variety of clients and companies to fill a variety of their job opportunities from resume submittal, through interview, selection process and onboarding for multiple organizations
  • Counsel employees on various matters including attendance, attire, performance, etc.
  • Search for passive candidates through various online avenues including job boards and social media
  • Complete reference checks on candidates
  • Conduct initial background checks on candidates
  • Search internal database for candidates for open job requisitions
  • Handle initial work-related injuries from both the employee and client side of things

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting for office, administrative or call center related positions
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience working in the staffing industry a bonus
  • Previous sourcing experience using job boards and the internet
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Ability to work with changing priorities
  • Typing of 40 words per minute or higher and solid MS Office experience including Word and Excel
