Summary:

The QTI Group is in search of a Customer Service Representative for our client within their creative and design division on a temp-to-hire basis. Located in Barneveld, our client operates Monday through Friday with hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, pays $20.00 per hour and operates in a business casual environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be well spoken, about to easily understand sales and customer service principles, have operational knowledge of graphic design software, and will have worked prior in a call center. Candidates must feel comfortable speaking with the public, and able to resolve concerns in a diplomatic, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a customer focused environment, building a rapport and ensuing that they have an excellent experience
  • Clearly communicate product information, providing follow-up with customers on additional information requests as needed
  • Update customer information, ensuing that data input is accurate
  • Working with team members to address customer concerns, provide resolutions, and able to ensure that there is a positive work environment for all
  • Provide diplomatic solutions to address customer concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business or graphic arts/design related field preferred
  • 2 years minimum of prior customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products including advance knowledge in Access and Publisher
  • Proficient knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Operational knowledge of a multi-line telephone
  • Able to confidently use the internet, research and check information requested by clients and internal customers
  • Must feel confident multitasking across multiple social media sites, on multiple projects, and able to complete all assigned tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills within all levels of the organization
  • Able to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Must have strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Able to work part of a small team, but also be successful independently
  • Must be able to maintain a business casual appearance
