Job Description:

In-home care for seniors is a great opportunity for caregivers to provide a very high-quality of one-on-one care, in a relaxed environment.

Caregivers at Senior Helpers are trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, in addition to other techniques and skills utilized in a home setting. Caregivers assist clients with transportation, personal care, transfers and stand-by assistance, household tasks and management, and companionship.

Typical day

Varies from client to client. Caregivers help with household management, light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, among other activities to assist with comfortably and independence.

Job Requirements:


  • The most successful caregivers are coachable, patient, and kind. They can put themselves in the shoes of their clients.
  • A driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
  • CNA License or CBRF Certificate are preferred, not required
  • Caregivers are needed in Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, Ozaukee County, and Washington County on all shift times

We have full time availability for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and responsible. Senior Helpers offers flexible scheduling, offering many start and end times with short and long shifts available.
