Job Description:

Sales Team | Customer Success Manager

A Day in the Life: The Customer Success Manager/Account Manager (YOU?!) is personable, motivated, and organized. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. Your role will be to represent ITP to these companies and act as their "go to" person for ongoing solution needs. Your role is supported by Inside Representatives who assist with product quotes and Pre Sales Engineers who assist with solution designs. Strong teamwork ability is required as this position interacts all the pillars of ITP. Ability to manage your sales pipeline in a group of accounts is also required. This position is great for someone who is customer service focused or looking to transition from customer service into field sales. This position requires some travel to our clients in the Madison area and less frequent travel to Milwaukee or Appleton.

Scope of Activities:

  • Make sales calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts and quotes.
  • Respond to and manage customer related issues including customer hardware and software orders and service delivery.
  • Learn and promote company products and services.
  • Assist with the ITP’s marketing objectives.
  • Maintain detailed customer contact information and related daily sales activities.
  • Review account activity frequency to ensure accounts are actively managed and reflect changing customer and company needs.
  • Strategize with team members on ways to improve sales and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer.

What You’ll Need:

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of two years of IT sales experience (inside, field, telesales).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Innovative, proactive, and self-directed.
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and Reliable transportation.
