Job Description:

Peterson Technology Group is looking for a Service Desk Dispatcher to join our team. If you are the right candidate you will love playing “air traffic controller,” enjoy being detailed and organized, and delight in providing excellent customer service interactions. You will work in a fun, flexible work environment where no two days are the same.

We call our dispatchers “Tetris Masters” because they are skilled at fitting all of the puzzle pieces together for our team and our clients. You will need to speak and write articulately with our clients, pay high attention to detail, and love to create success for yourself and others. You’ll need a working knowledge of basic computer and operating systems and be able to discuss them with technicians and clients alike. You will be responsible for managing several engineers’ schedules and will get to work with a variety of people every day. You will not be bored!

Job Requirements:
