Minimally qualified candidates will have:
•Experience managing multiple medium to large projects simultaneously. Medium to large projects are defined as possessing 4 or more of the following criteria:
◦Core project team with 10 or more people;
◦3 or more teams involved in carrying out the project work;
◦Project duration of 6 months or greater;
◦Project with key stakeholders throughout the organization
◦Project impacting 1000 or more end users / citizens / constituents / customers
◦Project with a budget of $50K or more
•Supervisory or leadership experience performing duties such as leading a multidisciplinary team, reviewing work of others, hiring or disciplining staff, and/or training.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
In addition, well-qualified candidates will also have:
•Project Management Institute (PMI) aligned project management training or certification
•Experience developing a business analysis framework or methodology
•Experience implementing process improvements within a project management office, organization or department
•Experience with MS Project
